- Terms & conditions -

General

By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply

to all full or partial vehicle wrapping, colour changes, sun strips, de-chroming, vinyl removal, and

related services carried out by our business within the UK. All vinyl wrapping is an aftermarket,

temporary modification and should not be compared to a factory paint finish.

Bookings & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been

received. Standard bookings typically require a deposit of up to 25–50%, depending on the

service. Certain specialist or imported materials may require a deposit covering the full material

cost, which will be clearly communicated before booking. Deposits are used to reserve

workshop time and order materials and are non-refundable within the notice periods outlined

below.

Cancellations & Changes

Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of

the agreed start date may result in partial or total loss of deposit, particularly where materials

have already been ordered. Where specialist or overseas materials are ordered, cancellation

after ordering may result in the customer being liable for return shipping costs and supplier

charges. Late cancellations may also be charged to cover lost workshop time.

Vehicle Condition & Preparation

Vehicles must arrive clean and in suitable condition for work to begin. Additional charges may

apply if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning or preparation. We are not responsible for wrap

failure caused by poor or non-factory paintwork, rust, corrosion, lacquer peel, previous resprays

or body repairs, or ceramic coatings, sealants, or waxes not disclosed prior to booking. If

coatings are present, these must be declared.

Vehicle Disassembly

Vehicles are reassembled to the condition they arrived in. We are not responsible for previously

damaged clips, trims, fixings, or non-standard, glued, or incorrectly fitted parts. Any parts that

are fitted incorrectly on arrival will not be put back on the vehicle and will be handed over to the

customer separately on collection.

Nature of Vinyl Wrapping

Vinyl wrap does not hide defects. Existing paint imperfections, stone chips, scratches, or dust in

paintwork may remain visible after wrapping. Minor imperfections such as small marks, edges,

seams, or slight texture are normal characteristics of vinyl installation. Colour variation can

occur over time due to weathering, UV exposure, and material ageing. Vinyl has physical

limitations and can only be manipulated to a certain extent. Some complex shapes, deep recesses,

sharp contours, or large panels may require joins or seams to ensure durability, prevent failure,

and maintain a consistent overall finish. These joins are a normal and accepted part of

professional vinyl wrapping and do not constitute a defect.

Inspection & Acceptance of Work

Customers must inspect the vehicle at collection. Any concerns must be raised before leaving

the premises or within a short inspection period specified at handover. Failure to return for a

requested post-install inspection (where applicable) may invalidate any fitting warranty. Once

the vehicle has left our premises, it is assumed the customer is satisfied with the work unless

issues are reported promptly.

Warranty & What Is Covered

We provide a fitting warranty covering issues such as peeling, lifting, bubbling, or excessive

shrinkage caused by installation. Warranty periods vary depending on materials used and will

be explained at booking. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials only and are subject to

their terms. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, misuse, poor

aftercare, pressure washing damage, chemical exposure, harsh cleaning products, or normal

wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims where aftercare instructions have

not been followed.

Aftercare Responsibilities

Vehicles must not be washed for at least 7 days after installation. Hand washing using

pH-neutral, non-abrasive products is recommended. Automatic car washes and aggressive jet

washing are strongly discouraged. Incorrect washing methods may cause lifting or damage and

will void warranty coverage. Please see the Aftercare section for more information.

Repairs, Claims & Colour Matching

If wrap damage occurs due to accident, abuse, or vandalism, repairs or replacements will be

chargeable. Replacing individual panels may result in slight colour differences due to ageing or

ink variation. In some cases, replacing a larger section is recommended for best visual

consistency. Proof of the issue may be requested before any remedial work is carried out.

Strip-Outs & Vinyl Removal

We are not responsible for damage caused by the removal of old vinyl or vinyl/stickers installed

by anyone else. In rare cases, paint or lacquer damage may occur during removal, and this risk

is accepted by the customer only.

Media & Promotion

We may photograph or film vehicles for portfolio and marketing purposes. Customers may opt

out by notifying us in writing before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect losses

such as loss of earnings, downtime, or business interruption.
